Dear Customers,
We are pleased to announce that our company fully supports the pursuit of transparency and ethics in the workplace. In response to the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of June 14, 2024, we have put in place appropriate procedures to ensure the protection of individuals who report irregularities or illegal activities.
Our commitments include:
- Reporting irregularities: We enable employees and other interested individuals to safely report any suspected violations of law, ethics or policies applicable to our company.
- whistleblower protection: We ensure that whistleblowers are not
subjected to any reprimands, discrimination or other negative consequences
associated with their reporting. - training and information: we regularly provide training to our employees
regarding the operation of the Act and procedures related to whistleblower protection. - Transparency: We are committed to transparency in dealing with reports and
implementation of corrective actions when irregularities are identified.
We encourage all employees and associates to use our procedures for to report irregularities. Your voices are important to us, and their safety and confidentiality are our priority.
